The Working Group III report contributes to the IPCC’s Sixth Assessment Report and provides an updated global assessment of climate change mitigation progress and pledges.
The current report examines the sources of global emissions, explains developments in emission reduction and mitigation efforts, and assesses the impact of national climate pledges in relation to long-term emissions targets.
In addition to the full report, the IPCC has published a Summary for Policymakers and an extended Technical Summary, which provide an overview of the report's key findings.
