The Fraunhofer CCPE Institute, Fraunhofer UMSICHT is participating in the DGMK K3/C3 - 16th Conference of the Division of Conversion of Carbon Carriers with the title "Plastics circularity through chemical recycling". Prof. Dr. Matthias Franke (Head of the Sulzbach-Rosenberg branch and member of the CCPE Board of Management) and Dr. Alexander Hofmann (Head of the Advanced Carbon Conversion Technologies department and CCPE-RD Head of Advanced Recycling) will be giving keynote speeches and a presentation on the post-treatment of pyrolysis oil at the conference.
This year's conference will focus on the topic of "Plastics circularity through chemical recycling", the primary conversion of residual materials and pyrolysis. The conference is aimed at interested parties from science and industry. Various representatives from universities, research institutes and industry will present developments and perspectives on the recycling of plastics and the circular economy.
